Former NCAA champion Ethan Quinn has set ambitious goals for the 2024 tennis season. Among these goals is qualifying for prestigious tournaments such as the BNP Paribas Open. Quinn recently celebrated achieving one of his objectives by successfully qualifying for the BNP Paribas Open, marking an important milestone in his professional tennis career.


Ethan Quinn, hailing from Fresno, California, transitioned to the professional tennis circuit in June 2023. He made his professional debut on home soil at the US Open, competing in three categories: men's singles, men's doubles, and mixed doubles. At the US Open, Ethan Quinn faced early exits in both the men's singles and men's doubles main draws, with his campaigns ending in the first round. However, he had a more successful run in the mixed doubles category, where he reached the second round partnering with Ashlyn Krueger.

Quinn has already achieved one of these goals by successfully qualifying for the main draw of the prestigious BNP Paribas Open, marking an important step towards fulfilling his aspirations and making a name for himself in the professional tennis world.

“Maybe two weeks ago, when I played a tournament it could have been my worst match of the year. And then here I'm playing in the main draw. You have to really take the last match as 

          lightly as you can.”
